One of the largest private energy storage projects

It is one of the largest privately built projects in Taiwan and was completed and put into operation in June 2024. This project is located in a potential area for soil liquefaction. Recharge Power worked closely with structural technicians and civil engineers to plan and design geological improvements so that the civil engineering foundation of the Yilan project meets the equipment load-bearing requirements.

The energy storage system of Wartsila, one of the world's top three energy storage system manufacturers, is adopted. In addition to dReg and E-dReg, this project also has control applications such as real-time backup and voltage control.

This project was also investigated by UL under the Equator Principles. According to the environmental and social sustainability performance evaluation defined in the Equator Principles, UL believes that this project has no adverse impact on the environment and society, which can prove the environmentally friendly site construction concept of Topway.
